My wife and I stayed at A Place in the Sun Garden Hotel in a lovely one-bedroom unit. It featured a cozy king bed and a separate family area with a kitchenette, which made our stay feel homey. The enclosed patio was a perfect spot for morning coffee. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and we immediately felt at home. The great A/C was essential given the warm weather outside.

Fantastic Pool Area

The pool area was just beautiful! After a long day of exploring, it was so refreshing to dive into the clean, inviting water. Plenty of lounge chairs surrounded the pool, making it easy to soak up the sun or read a book in the shade. The hot tub was lovely in the evenings too, creating a perfect place to unwind after dinner.

Impressive Renovations

I was pleasantly surprised by how updated the bathrooms were at A Place in the Sun. My room had a lovely rain shower and modern sink that made my morning routine feel more luxurious. Everything was clean and fresh-smelling, which is a huge plus for me. Having nice toiletries also added a special touch.

Great Entertainment Options

I loved the selection of media available. Our room came equipped with two TVs - one in the bedroom and another in the family room, which made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Although the office was closed during our visit, I appreciated the note in the room about the DVD options available 'under normal circumstances.' It felt thoughtful to have entertainment sorted out for guests.

I recently stayed at A Place in the Sun Garden Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a kitchenette and two TVs, which made our stay quite convenient. The pool area was lovely but could use more shaded spots during the hot afternoons. While I loved the relaxed atmosphere and friendly communication, it was disappointing that there were no DVD rentals available due to current restrictions. Overall, a cozy retreat that I would gladly revisit.
